Nikki and her colleague undertook our end of tenancy clean. It was important to us that our property was left bright and shiny for the next tenant. I could tell when I spoke to Nikki originally that she would be efficient and reliable and she did not disappoint. After having a big company clean out offices for the past year I always had issues with different staff each week lost keys and generally had a poor quality of service.

I told a friend of mine about the issues I had and he reccomended that I called homefresh as he has used them for the past 2 years and has been the same staff and always friendly and on time and never had any issues I was quite sceptical about it as there always has to be issues. So I called them and booked them to come and have a meet and greet and show them round and to give me a price.

After receiving the quote I was happy that they supplied all their own products and it would be the same girls on site everyday and if anything I need I leave them a note and it's done.

I'm so pleased with the girls all the staff know them and are super friendly and are pretty much like memebers of our staff I had a bad view of cleaning companies until I had homefresh who have now been here for the past 5 months. Usually never write reviews however HAD to with this experience. Making an appointment was easy and price was reasonable. The two ladies, Nicky and Sam, showed up early (which I was glad) and were friendly. The spent four hours in my home and worked the entire time! They were like machines. Everything was cleaned thoroughly. I'm ocd so I was looking for things and often disappointed. Not with this experience. Sink was glistening, shower walls were white, place smelled good...I was thrilled! They worked so hard! Thank you for making me feel like I finally moved into my house!

Nicky and her crew have been cleaning my office for a year now and doing a fantastic job. Bathrooms are scrubbed down, desks are cleaned, all recycling and rubbish is out, the place is vacuumed, mopped and dusted each week. I noticed once that they had forgotten to vacuum and as soon as I called, they sent someone right over to fix the problem. They are very easy to work with and very willing to rectify any mistakes or problems that happen to come up.

Rates are very reasonable, they are very easy to reach, and very accommodating to our needs. I like the service so much, I have just signed up to have them clean my house next week.

We had home fresh cleaners here from 1pm-10pm yesterday at the student house we rent out. And to say it was in bad condition is putting it nicely.

In over 20 years of being a landlord i have never had a house been left in this state, the garden looked like an actual rubbish dump (they abandoned using bins from week one it looks like)

Before getting homefresh in I got another company in norwich to come and do our house for an after let but if I'm honest didn't look like they did anything other than Hoover. The spec was top to bottom full house clean carpets oven and windows all cleaned.

I didn't think this was a massive ask but after the first company finished I was appalled that they had signed this off and wanted nearly £350 for their efforts goes without saying they didn't get what they were asking for they even had to borrow my Hoover!

So same day I called homefresh after I saw them on Facebook and I wish I called them first. Gave them the spec come back 5 hours later and the place was spotless they had all their own equipment and their cleaners were really friendly.

It's my fault that I went for someone with no background or ratings but I won't be making that mistake again

I rented house through an estate agent in norwich and the tennants left our house in awful condition having 3 dogs and smoking in the house even though it was against the terms of the agreement.

Homefresh were tasked with the after let clean but after talking to them we found it easier if they could take charge of the decorating, laying the floors , and replacing everything out
